Yummy curry with egg that literally melts in your mouth!

Please note: This is a cafe located in Naoshima, in Kagawa-prefecture.

This cozy retro curry house located in a hidden home in Naoshima. The cafe is an old home that is transformed into a modern/retro/cool Japanese style cafe. The curry is delicious. Do you see that egg?! I highly recommend you ordering that one if you get a chance to dine here.

Pictured above are 3 different types of curry:
– “Fuwatoro Omurice Tomato Sauce Curry” 780yen
– “Fuwatoro Omurice Curry with Coconut” 780yen
– “Curry with Coconut and Rice” 780yen

We also added the ‘Lunch Set B’ deal (only available during 11:30am – 3pm) for an extra 520yen which comes with a potato salad, drink or beer, and dessert. (You can add 200yen more to make it into a glass of wine).

“The Art Island”, Naoshima!

Have you been to Naoshima? It’s an island off of Kagawa, located in the Seto Inland Sea of Japan. Perhaps you might have seen photos of Yayoi Kusama’s famous pumpkin? The island is famous for its beautiful collection of contemporary art galleries and exhibits and can be seen all in one day.

Access to this island is either by ferry or boat. We took the ferry from Uno and visited all of the places below. It’s a nice relaxing getaway for those who want to experience a little time away from the city.
