The hottest spot to check out in Japan right now is Tokyo Skytree & its new shopping town area called “Soramachi”. Tokyo Skytree opened on May 22nd, 2012 and its been featured all over the media here in Japan. I personally wasn’t planning to check it out for a while but now that the initial craziness has calmed down a little we decided to visit it and we were pretty impressed.
The new shopping town called “Soramachi” is beautifully done. There’s been so many new malls opening in Tokyo lately such as the Tokyu Plaza in Harajuku/Omotesando, Hikarie in Shibuya, and Diver City in Odaiba but this one is among the best. (Yes, I’ve gone to all of them!) It’s packed with everything Japanese and there’s so many places to eat, dine, snack, shop, you can spend all day here. Just for your information, the tickets to go up to the observatory is open to the public on July 11. It’s probably going to be insanely crowded all over again but if you are coming to visit Tokyo from out of town, this is the place to go! Hello, I wonder whether you could help me.
We have been in Tokyo Soramachi shopping Mall (Sky Tree) this summer and have seen there a shop with very nice and fancy bags and wallets. Unfortunately we can not remember the name of the Shop or the brand. Could You provide a list with such shops located in Soramachi.
