We recently found our new favorite soft-serve spot! It happens to be inside of Soramachi at this store called “Tochimaru”, a shop that specializes in items from the Tochigi-prefecture in Japan. I can’t believe I am giving a four-star rating to a soft serve, but we really loved it. The gelato was also very good but the soft serve was on another level. It cost 400yen + 30yen extra to get it on a waffle cone.
PS: We came here after having lunch at Spice Cafe.

yes, but it’s a hit or miss when you buy from the grocery store. i went strawberry picking once though and that was amazing!
